Delivery

We use Royal Mail to deliver and standard delivery takes 3-5 working days.   Delivered Monday to Saturday (excluding public and Bank Holidays)

Standard P & P = £3.80

Orders £50 and over = FREE

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. For reasons of hygiene and safety, products must be returned unopened and in a fully resalable condition. All return costs for unwanted items will be at the customer’s responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. Please send us a photograph and description of your damaged product. We will then notify you if we will replace or refund the damaged product. If you are approved, we will send out a replacement product or refund you to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 working days.
